Jamie & Kyle Engaged

I have already featured this engagement on my other blog, but this is a wedding blog, so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to post an engagement here! This particular engagement was done by me, Kaytee Lauren Photography, and I love the location we did them on! There was plenty of wood areas, which made for a nice back drop, and the colors Jamie chose were so cute together! She themed their engagement with colors from their upcoming wedding. 

Maymont Park Engagement

Meet Brittany and Demetrius, my first engagement session! Brittany and Demetrius (who I kept calling Demetri, but he bared with my anyway) have set their date for July 14th. The two are high school sweethearts, and I feel in love with their relationship. He makes her smile so big, which is why it wasn't hard to photograph them whatsoever. All I did was tell them to be themselves, and react with one another the way they normally would. I love these photos, because they are candid. The photos truly express what love is, and that is what engagement pictures are all about. They are about spreading the joy of the couple within the pictures, and sharing in their happiness. Brittany and Demetrius took their engagements at Maymont Park, and there was so much beautiful scenery to frame the pictures.

John and Nikki have been dating for a couple years now, and were recently engaged.
